These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, digital resources, online courses, workshops, communications, communities, and related services offered by Senior Transition Hub, including The Senior Move Blueprint™ and Senior Downsizing Club™ (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms presented at checkout.
Educational Purpose Only
Senior Transition Hub provides general educational information and planning resources. The Services do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health, insurance, construction, appraisal, or other individualized professional advice. Information is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.
No content creates an attorney-client, financial-adviser, healthcare-provider, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, or other professional relationship. Although Mary Locy holds real estate-related credentials, use of these educational Services by itself does not create a real estate agency relationship. You are responsible for evaluating information, consulting appropriate professionals, and making your own decisions.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to make a purchase or create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. An account and course license are for one purchaser’s personal use and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or made available to others. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
Digital Products, Courses, and Access
Our products may include videos, lessons, guides, worksheets, checklists, templates, downloads, workshops, and member resources. Unless otherwise stated, no physical materials will be shipped. Access instructions are generally delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal or household educational purposes. You do not acquire ownership of our intellectual property.
We may update, reorganize, correct, replace, or discontinue parts of the Services when reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain purchased access as represented at the time of sale, subject to technology, platform availability, these Terms, and applicable law.
Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses
All original course content, written materials, downloads, branding, graphics, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Senior Transition Hub and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The Senior Move Blueprint™ and Senior Downsizing Club™ names and related branding may not be used without permission.
You may download or print materials only for your own permitted use. You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, upload, publish, sell, license, modify for resale, create competing materials from, share login credentials for, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Services. You may not remove copyright or trademark notices, interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, scrape content, or use the Services unlawfully.
Purchases and Payments
Prices and payment options are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide, including applicable taxes and any installments disclosed at checkout. Payments may be processed through Stripe, CourseCreator360 integrations, WooCommerce, or another identified payment provider.
If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments after any applicable refund period. A payment plan divides the purchase price into installments; it is not a subscription and does not permit cancellation of remaining installments merely because you stop using the course. We may suspend access for failed or overdue payments, subject to applicable law.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the policy presented for the specific product at or before checkout. The current policy for The Senior Move Blueprint™ is available at The Senior Move Blueprint Refund Policy.
For digital products that provide immediate access to downloadable materials, refunds may be unavailable after the materials have been accessed, downloaded, saved, printed, copied, or used, as stated in the applicable policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
If you believe a charge or access problem is incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can investigate. This does not limit your lawful right to contact your payment provider.
Communications
By purchasing or creating an account, you agree to receive transactional communications such as receipts, access instructions, payment notices, course updates, security notices, and support messages. Marketing emails are optional where required by law, and you may unsubscribe using the link provided in those emails. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional messages.
No Guaranteed Results
We aim to provide practical, helpful education, but individual situations and outcomes differ. We do not guarantee that the Services will produce a particular financial, housing, health, family, business, or other result. Testimonials or examples reflect individual experiences and are not promises of future results.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, websites, professionals, or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, services, or decisions. Your dealings with third parties are governed by their terms.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, account sharing, infringement, unlawful activity, security risks, misuse, or a material violation of these Terms. Sections concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related obligations survive termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that every part of the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual situation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senior Transition Hub and its owner, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence remain unaffected.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Severability and No Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable Refund Policy, and product-specific checkout terms form the agreement governing the Services.
