Mary Locy has spent more than 24 years helping older adults and families navigate housing decisions, downsizing, moving, and changing needs. As the founder of Senior Transition Hub, Mary provides practical education to help families plan ahead, understand their options, and make informed decisions without unnecessary pressure.
Mary is a Certified Relocation & Transition Specialist, Senior Home Coach™, Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), and is trained in senior placement.
Senior Transition Hub’s primary purpose is education and transition planning. When licensed real-estate services may be helpful, those services are discussed separately through Mary’s real-estate practice and brokerage.
